"colours of the avant garde"Music and art are two very similar forms of expression. They both combine different levels of emotion, experience, and thought to form one complete masterpiece. Just like music, art has many different forms, styles and pioneers. From the works of Pablo Picasso to Da Vinci's portrait of 'Mona Lisa', art is all-encompassing and sparks a variety of opinions about the meaning of the picture.
One of my favorite forms of art, and one that I think accurately depicts my music, would be avant garde art. This is a form of art thats innovative and experimental and has a certain mysteriousity that surrounds it, making the art stand out that much more.
